Update Appointment Window

Happy customers is a responsibility of yours and ours. Keeping the Service Window updated gives visibility and avoids back and forth phone calls.

Update Service Window after you confirm the appointment with the customer. If customer prefers a different date and time, then you need to submit and “Reschedule Request”.

1. Locate appropriate Service Order and open Service Order details.
2. Tap Update.
3. Tap Update Service Window.
4. Tap the Pencil to update the start and end time for Service Order.

The Update Service Window button will remain greyed out until you choose these times.
Note: The available service window may differ for different service orders depending on the Buyer.

5. If you confirmed the new Service Window with the customer, set the option to ON.

6. Tap Update to save selection.
